TITAN:12 Detailed Application Guide

Shake well prior to use. Once opened, use within 7 days.

TITAN:12 is a true nano-ceramic coating and will start to cure once it comes into contact with air. TITAN:12 has an unopened shelf life of 12 months and must be used within 7 days of opening.

TITAN:12 Can be applied to all paintwork, alloy wheels and painted plastics. DO NOT apply to glass or uncoated plastics.

We recommend using a microfiber applicator to apply the product and 2 microfiber cloths for removal, 1 short-pile, 1 plush. TITAN:12 can also be applied using a short pile microfibre cloth

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Apply in a shaded area. do not apply in direct sunlight or onto hot panels.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is thoroughly washed and decontaminated prior to application and only apply to dry panels. We recommend that a full decon is carried out before application. TITAN:12 bonds best to bare paintwork and will give the best possible protection and longevity when applied correctly to the vehicle.
  • For best results, apply a dedicated panel prep solution to the vehicle to ensure any oils have been removed from the surface, allowing the coating to achieve the best possible bond.
  • Shake well for 30 seconds prior to use.

  • Spray TITAN:12 on to a clean microfiber applicator or cloth 5-6 times to prime the surface ready for application.

  • Apply the coating in a crosshatch pattern in areas no bigger than 20”X20” at a time. TITAN:12 can be sprayed directly on to the vehicle surface. 5-6 sprays should be applied per 20”X20” area to ensure optimal coverage. Divide a typical bonnet into 4 sections, a door into 2 sections. A whole full wing/Rear quarter panel can be coated at a time. 

  • TITAN:12 has no initial cure time and should be removed as soon as the product has been correctly spread over the area. Use a short pile microfiber to level the coating and remove the excess product, follow straight away with a final full buff with a fresh microfiber cloth. Use this same process until the full vehicle is coated. An extra layer can be applied within the first hour. 
  • A typical car should only take around 15-20 minutes to apply 1 complete layer

Use protective glove when applying and apply in a well ventilated area

Do not apply to glass – Do not apply in direct sunlight.

Keep all surfaces dry for 24 hours and do not wash for 72 hours

TITAN:36 is a true nano-ceramic coating and will start to cure once it comes into contact with air. TITAN:36 has an unopened shelf life of 12 months and must be used within 7 days of opening.

TITAN:36 Can be applied to all paintwork, alloy wheels and painted plastics. DO NOT apply to glass or uncoated plastics.

We recommend using a suede applicator cloth and ceramic applicator block to apply the product and 2 microfiber cloths for removal, 1 short-pile, 1 plush.

  • Apply 5-10 drops of TITAN:36 to your suede cloth using the glass pipette supplied.

  • Apply the coating in a crosshatch pattern in areas no bigger than 20”X20” at a time. Divide a typical bonnet into 4 sections, a door into 2 sections. A whole full wing/Rear quarter panel can be coated at a time. 

  • Leave the coating to flash for around 30 seconds before removing any excess product with a short pile microfiber. Use the short pile microfiber to level the coating and remove the excess product, follow straight away with a final full buff with a fresh microfiber cloth. Use this same process until the full vehicle is coated. Only 1 single layer is required for full protection.
  • A typical car should only take around 30-45 minutes to apply 1 complete layer

TITAN:GLASS Detailed Application Guide

Each 30ml bottle is enough to coat all the glass on even a large vehicle. 2 coats are recommended for full coverage

TITAN:GLASS is a true nano-ceramic glass coating in a sprayable format. TITAN:GLASS is formulated using the same technology as our other TITAN ceramic coatings and gives all the performance of a ceramic coating combined with the ease of use of a traditional sealant. 

Wiper blade use is significantly reduced due to the excellent hydrophobic qualities of TITAN:GLASS water sheeting start at speeds as low as 30MPH. 

All the benefits of a ceramic coating without the usual drawbacks. TITAN:GLASS can be applied with your applicator or cloth of choice. We recommend a short pile microfibre cloth or standard microfibre applicator block. 

TITAN:GLASS can be applied to all exterior glass surfaces including windscreens and mirrors. 

    INSTRUCTIONS

    The surface should be dry and free of any dust, oil, grease and other contamination. Make sure surface is not warm.

    Application should be made in a shaded and well-ventilated area.

    we recommended to try on a small area before covering the entire surface.

    • spray onto a 0.5 m2 area in an essential amount. (weather dependant)
    • The surface should be buffed immediately with a dry cotton cloth in circular motions.
